With a spirit
of adventure, a passion for sailing, delight in timber boats, generous heart
and thirst for knowledge, Tim has a deeply rich experience of life. Vedic
Meditation gradually wove itself into Tim’s life almost 40 years ago, when he
learned the technique at 18 years of age. Tim regularly travels to India to
study and, and has a deep connection with Thom Knoles, www.thomknoles.com,
the most experienced teacher of Vedic Meditation in the world, outside of India.
Thom’s fresh, modern and profound insight into the ancient texts balanced Tim’s
deepening Meditation experiences.
Tim graduated with Thom in Rishikesh, India in 2005 to be an Instructor
in Vedic Meditation.
Tim also has
Diplomas in Svatha Yoga and Ayurveda. Tim is a yoga teacher and Ayurvedic
cooking teacher; for the last 15 years he has been running Ayurvedic Cooking
Classes throughout Australia.
In Australia,
Vedic Meditation is usually taught in major cities. Now an established teacher
of Vedic Meditation in Australia and Europe, Tim is bringing the Technique to
people who live in smaller regional areas - to bring this great Knowledge ‘to
where it is not’, to the smaller regions and countries where, as yet, this Knowledge
in its purity has not been expressed.
Tim now travels
almost fulltime, teaching Vedic Meditation, Ayurvedic cooking and personal yoga
programs, in Australia and worldwide wherever there is interest.
Ayurveda is the the science of health and art of living from ancient India. Its principles of living a wonderful life are embodied in the kitchen. Spice up your life.
